Product Definition
Derby D90 PU mastic is a single component polyurethane-based sealant material which is cured by humidity of the air.

Properties
It is cured by humidity of the air. It can be painted after curing. Its temperature resistance is between -40°C and +90°C. (It is resistant to +120°C for a very short time)

The places of use
It is used as sealant in manufacture of car, van, yacht etc. in automotive sector, also in manufacture and montage of iron, sheet, aluminum, stainless steel, lead, copper, ceramic, glass, wood, plastic surfaces, air ducts, air conditioning, as sealant in rainwater gutters and joints of rainwater collecting pipes on the roofs, in joint works of metal sheet so as to reduce the vibration, in isolation of water, gas, air and dust permeable gaps.
Application
It is applied in between +5°C and +35°C. Apply D90 on surface with an appropriate mastic gun. Adhesive thickness to be applied changes as per the type of materials to be adhered. After application, materials should be gathered within encrusting time. Until completion of curing, materials should be kept together mechanically. Curing time can change depending upon temperature, humidity and thickness of adhesive.
